At Kingdom Comics, our mission is to plant the seed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the stories we create. Every comic we publish points, in one way or another, to the hope, truth, and love found in Him.
The Bible teaches that God is loving, holy, and just. Yet every one of us has sinned and fallen short of His perfect standard. Sin separates us from God, and its consequence is death.
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
ROMANS 6:23
But God did not leave us without hope.
Because of His great love, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to take upon Himself the punishment that we deserved. Through His death on the cross and His resurrection, Jesus defeated sin and death, making a way for us to be forgiven and restored to God.
“Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”
JOHN 14:6
Salvation is not something we can earn through good works or personal effort. No amount of goodness can remove our sin or make us righteous before God.
“For all of us have become like one who is unclean,
ISAIAH 64:6
And all our righteous deeds are like a filthy garment;
And all of us wither like a leaf,
And our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.”
Instead, salvation is God’s free gift, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
EPHESIANS 2:8-9
When we place our trust in Jesus, repent of our sins, and receive Him as Lord and Savior, He forgives us, gives us new life, and welcomes us into His family. He is our Savior, Redeemer, Deliverer, and King.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
JOHN 3:16
